REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


Did something from your order just not work out for you? No problem! You could return your order within 30 days from the date your order shipped to you.

1.How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Processing time is 2 to 3 business days before shipment. We will send you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped out. 

2.How long will I receive it?
Different country has different delivery time,please read out shipping & delivery to get more details.

3.How long do I have before making a return and which items I could return for refund?
You can return any item for refund within 30 days from the date you receive it.

4.Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
You can return the item to us with your local delivery company,and normally you will be responsible for the cost. 

5.What is the policy for defective/broken products?
Please contact us first if you receive defective item and we will ship a new replacement(or component) to you and it is not necessary to return the defective item to us.

6.Can I still return items if they are worn or damaged?
You can only return items that are unworn,undamaged,and have the the original packaging.

7.How long will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your SEVEN MASTER store credit or the original payment account per your request.
